New method can wipe out cancer cells in the bloodstream

A new way to potentially stop cancer cells from spreading and moving throughout the bloodstream has been discovered by researchers at Cornell University. By attaching a protein to white blood cells, biomedical engineers at Cornell University have demonstrated the annihilation of metastasizing cancer cells moving through the bloodstream.
